This category is for the profile of a person who has been working as a barber or hairdresser for less than 2 years. For example: 1 year of academy and less than a year of practice. Or less than two years working in a barbershop as an apprentice. The person who manages to win in this category, whatever their age, will not be able to enter in this category again.

It is important to note that any candidate winning this category, regardless of their age, will no longer be able to participate in this same category at a later date.

It is important to remember that the organization reserves the right to cancel the application and even the winner if it turns out that the winner lied about their level.

Judges will score on the following:

Degree of difficulty: Hair length, techniques used, etc.

Precision: Technical precision of the lines and the completion of the cut

Styling techniques: Blow drying, styling and use of product

Professionalism: Body position and position of cutting and styling techniques

Total "Look": The harmony and coherence of the hairstyle with the shape of the head and facial features of the model.

Includes 2 tickets (Barber & Model) for Barber Battle + Educational seminars/workshops + Food and limited soft drinks included (alcoholic beverages not included).
