Remember when forum signatures and comments actually moved the needle? Yeah, not anymore. Spent weeks posting helpful replies in gaming and car forums, but rankings didn’t budge. Maybe I’m doing it wrong or the strategy’s dead. What’s working now for linkbuilding in 2024–2025? Any go-to tactics or tools you’d suggest?

I had a similar reality check after spending weeks answering questions on niche forums. The replies were getting views, but my site’s rankings barely moved, so I stopped treating every comment as a backlink strategy. These days I’d focus more on relevant editorial placements, genuine outreach and links from sites that actually have an audience. I came across Rule Your Rankings casino links while researching different approaches. Might be worth checking alongside your own tests.
